Robert Pattinson And Kristen Stewart In Love
Life & Style is now speculating on something many of us have believed for quite some time. Namely that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are a serious item, dating behind the scenes and attempting to keep their torrid affair under wraps.
The two were working on separate projects this summer, but on August 9 they got together to attend the Teen Choice Awards. From August 5 through 9 they spent a lot of time together, so much that witnesses soon figured out what was going on.
“From the way they act, it’s clear that Rob and Kristen are together — an in love,” an insider said. “It seems they can’t stay away from each other.”
Then on August 10, the couple hopped a plane and headed to Vancouver to begin filming Eclipse, the third in the Twilight series after New Moon.
This summer Stewart and Pattinson didn’t get to spend that much time together. Rob Pattinson filmed Remember Me in New York City this summer, where he was said to have gotten cozy with co-star Emilie de Ravin. Kristen worked in Los Angeles playing Joan Jett in the the biopic The Runaways.
“It’s hard to maintain a relationship in this industry,” said Catherine Hardwicke. “We get a job in another city or country, and there are all these sexy, fun, lively people there. It’s impossible to make it work, but you’ve got to try. You have to believe in it.”
Kristen and Robert were spotted together several times around LA, including Robert leaving Kristen’s home one morning. They also spent several hours at the Hotel Cafe checking out a performance by a friend of Robert’s friends Bobby Long.
“They got there after the show had started, so no one in the audience even realized they were there,” said a witness. “There was definitely a date vibe between them.”
At first Robert and Kristen got away with not being recognized, but it didn’t last long.
“Kristen looked really uncomfortable,” said a witness. “People recognized them this time and were staring and whispering.”
They then headed to Chateau Marmont and hung out on the hotel’s back patio.
“They were at a very intimate corner table drinking, chain-smoking and laughing,” said a witness. “Every time Rob said something funny, he’d turn to Kristen for approval and she’s smile.”
At this stage of the game, the superstars engaged in some attention-getting public displays of affection.
“The alcohol helped him shed his inhibitions, and they could hardly keep their hands off each other toward the end of the evening,” said another witness. “Rob stroked Kristen’s face when she said something that made the group laugh, and they looked totally smitten with each other.”
They finally parted at 1:30am.
“Rob was a bit unsteady on his feet, so he was holding on to Kristen for support,” said the first witness. “They were giggling like two naughty school kids.”
These weren’t the only sightings. The two were spotted after Twilight won 11 Teen Choice Awards at the Palihouse hotel.
“Rob and Kristen sat next to each other, and he patted her knee,” said an onlooker. “They tried to look casual, but he continued to rub her leg at any given chance.”
This many sightings in such a short amount of time certainly makes you think of the famous saying “where there’s smoke there’s fire.” Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have managed to do a great job of keeping their love affair under wraps, but not it’s getting out there that the two really are an off-screen item.
With Michael Angarano out of the picture, and Rob not dating anyone seriously, the relationship between Kristen and Robert has a chance to really blossom during the filming of Eclipse. The on-screen chemistry they show as Bella Swan and Edward Cullen is translating into an off-screen love affair as well.
This seems to vindicate what many of us have been saying all along.

I think we all saw it before they both did. They have a really rare chemistry! They are definately trying to date. Not an easy task for them either! I am not sure but I doubt Summit Entertainment approves. It is way too risky , for them it is all about $. I hope they give it a shot because the Twilight series will someday end and wouldn’t it be neat if their love survived all of Hollywoods insanity! Thats a great book in itself!

I think that it will last! The thing I believe about Twilight is that we all end up looking for a love like Edward and Bella’s, and deep down inside we believe that we will have it! I feel in love with the Twilight series and wish that it would never end but it will. It would be great if their love triumphed over all! I think all these rumors are really adding up. You have the haters that don’t believe any of it, though. However, a picture is worth a thousand words and they have a lot of them, they can say their friends all they want, but they always are touching eachother or showing some form of flirting. They make a great pair in Twilight, trust me i’m a huge fan, but they make an even better couple off screen. But I think everyone is right, we saw the chemistry before they even did, and why should they cast off their hearts desires any longer?
This world is crazy, Hollywood is even crazier… we all look for perfection and real emotion in our relationships and what we the fans and viewers see in the relationship between Robert and Kirsten is that perfect unison of two people in love. I wish them well and hope they can survive the many trials they will face. Grab your chances whilst you can, live, love and enjoy each other like there is no tomorrow…. Go Robsten… To see them together in real life - a confirmed couple will make my heart smile!!!!
If they really want it to work, it will work. Relationships are work, besides the fun and love you share. Not knowing them personally, its hard to say. They are both still very young, especially Kristen, and they are both poised to have big careers.
I committed when I was very young and later saw flaws in the relathionship that i could not see blinded by love, so I don’t recommend committments in your early twenties, but every relationship is different. I wish them the best of luck.
All of Kristen’s quotes in magazines leads us to believe that she has such a trashy mouth and no intellect and overall skank! She is constantly droping the F-Bomb! Not to mention, she always appears to be stoned and leans aganist her castmates just so she doesn’t fall down. Just the kind of girl you want to bring home to mom, huh? Rob and Kristen’s relationship will not last. Eventually, Kristen will outgrow him and tire of his “quirky” behavior. Rob’s first priority is his career. He “acts” (which he is so good at) like he is just going through life casually, one day at a time, but he is brilliant and never makes a decision without cleverly and strategically planning it out so that it will have the most positive impact on his career. He puts his blood sweat and tears into every movie he makes and these Twilight series movies are no different. He is fully aware of how Kristen’s and his relationship will affect their on-screen performances. Rob knows by having a genuine, loving relationship with Kristen in real life, their performances in Eclipse and Breaking Dawn will be on fire! If Kristen doesn’t get sick of Rob first, Rob will end up breaking things off with her not long after the movie Breaking Dawn comes out, so he can move on to his next big career move. He did it to Nina Shubert when he didn’t need her anymore. He also diligently pursued Kristen even though he knew that she was in a long-term committed relationship with a good man. I believe those actions show bad character, bad form and are very “un-English-gentlemanly” of him. Actions always speak louder than words.

Like everything else it may or may not last. I met my future husband at 19 and married him when I was 21. I’m 51 now and guess what? That’s right — still married, so it is possible. Still, my husband and I don’t live in their world with sexy guys and gals being thrown at you literally every second of the day. Again, though, it’s still possible to have a loving and committed relationship in that environment — look at Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward. He was one of the most beautiful men in the world acting with some of the most beautiful women in the world and he managed to keep his hands to himself and stay true to his wife. Every good relationship takes a hell of a lot of hard work so if they’re willing to put in the time and effort it will work. I’d also like to comment on Ann’s statement above. You make Rob sound tremendously calculating — certainly much more calculating than his public persona. I don’t doubt that he has been calculating in his career choices — aren’t most good actors? You know alot of women out there supposedly think as Robert as Edward as published but I think there are som girls that do but most like him for his offscreen self and looks. I totally agree with Shelley #131 and Ann #132. If these 2 are together I really don’t see it lasting. Kristen is only 19 and looks and acts like a 13 year old drugged out little boy. Rob is a young adult who will soon grow tired of Kristen’s quirky ways. I think and believe he is leaning on her because he is away from home and Kristen was the 1st person in the US he bonded with. Due to the characters they played in Twilight. Once Breaking Dawn is completed I see them drafting apart it always happens with these Hollywood actors. If they both were older like in their 30’s maybe but with her being a teenager and him being a young adult it won’t last not in these days and times. Plus with Rob being linked to the likes of Kristen I think it downplays his star power. He was viewed as being a serious more mature talent actor. We “shippers” as people love to call us, have known without a doubt that Rob and Kristen have been together since the Tokyo Premiere of Twilight. How you ask? As one who saw what Rob and Kris had from the beginning – even before they themselves saw it – I’d have top lay money on them making it for the long haul. Even my 7 year old granddaughter saw it in early interviews. She was constantly saying that they were made for each other. A sentiment that I back 100%. GO ROB! GO KRIS! GO ROBSTEN! Defender…I think I love ya! I’m not one bit surprised about MA. The Rome Red Carpet video from Nov08 was very telling about how upset Kristen was when they emerged from the limo and then the look on Rob’s face when Kristen related the story was that of shock. Your story adds to this one and I am so happy that MA is no longer a part of her life and that she has found true love with someone who adores and loves her completely. So happy to see that she is returning the love and adoration towards Rob and that she is obviously so happy with him. They are true soulmates. Their comming together for Twilight was meant to be. I am really happy for them. I agree relationships do take effort for them to work. From what I have seen and read, they are making one hell of an effort in their crazy busy lives. They are obviously committed , are in love and happy with each other or they would not be together.
I think age is a non factor when it comes to finding the person you are meant to be with. There is no fast and hard rule of when you meet the right one. I have known people who met in high school and married in their early twenties and are still together. They are now in their late thirties. For Rob and Kristen, it will be 100 times harder to stay together because of their profession but if Rob did wait a year so they could get together, it tells you something about his character and his belief in his feelings for her. Kristen probably was uncertain if the feelings were real – hers and maybe his. At least, it looks like she did not jump right into it. Which is smart considering the situation. She is with someone who girls and women are completely enamoured with. It is probably tough and uncomfortable for her to be watching them swoon, scream and grab at him every chance they get. Plus the paparazzi is horrible!!! That alone would scare any women away from him but her feelings for him must be so strong and solid that she is willing to face the paparazzi every time they go out. And she HATES being hounded like that. I think it really bothers Rob but I think it scares her more than anything. I am glad they are keeping it on the d/l with a few choice photos here and there. I, for one, hope they keep it that way for a long time. They owe the public nothing in terms of a formal confirmation. This is the only thing they have left which is theirs alone. It is their relationship and if they choose to keep that part of their lives away from the prying eyes of the public then it is totally their right to do so. They are not Paris Hilton and her boy toy of the month nor are they famewhores. They are not cut from the same cloth as most HW young starlets and hunks and that is refreshing to see. Why do people have to have labels in order to worship a couple? In every love story, there is a need for a bad guys. Be it MA or Nikki or Megan Fox or new guy Xavier, shippers need someone to blame for the couple to look good in their eyes. MA did not try to beat up KS at award show! STOP making crap up or spreading more lies please. He wasn’t a saint/best boyfriend by any means but he was a good guy who tried to help a good friend after they broke up. NR is not the vixen trying to break up KS/RP relationship at every chance she gets. She made a bad decision and used some shady tactics. She is paying for it now and is trying to behave. Others I won’t even go there, not worth mentioning.
What I agree is that people need to lay off Kristen. She is most generous, kind and sweet person if you ever get to meet her. Her persona of being bi Tch is way overblown and if you are in HW for very long time especially at young age, you will eventually get disillusioned how fake this world is. KS is true to herself and that’s one of many charms that most people and Rob like about her. She may not give the best interviews or appearances but she does give you sincere and honest answers how she feels and passionate about her work. She will learn as years go by. Afterall, she is only 19. People tend to forget that and judge her too harshly.
Be happy for this couple. You rarely get to witness young love blossoming before your eyes. For however long this relationship may last, support these people. Don’t fall into trap that these people can’t do no wrong or fairy tale like story ending. They are just like us who will make mistakes and learn the ways of life as we did. Also, don’t project YOUR own ideals on how they should live their lives. These are independent people and fans should enjoy their work and leave the couple’s personal lives as private.
im super happy that they finally hooked up, they’re the best looking couple in hollywood! rob has been very vocal about her feelings for kristen and it’s about time that kristen see how much she’s missing by ignoring rob and staying with that ugly michael. they look happy together and so much in love. the way they look at each other, even during the early twilight days, shows that they really have deep feelings for each other! i hope it’ll last! i can’t wait for new moon and eclipse and breaking dawn! It could work out, if they both work at it..it looks like they are having fun right now nothing serious and that’s the way it should be once they figure things out then they could perhaps move to that point of actually dating exclusively. Yea definitely it could work out. Remember respect and trust two very important things in any friendship and relationship for that matter.
What I wouldn’t give to be 23 and in love again *sigh* It’s hard enough to maintain a healthy relationship when you’re just an average guy or girl. Add rude paparazzi, hoards of screaming tweens and Hollywood production schedules into the mix, the chances aren’t good. But to cite Catherine Hardwicke’s quote, “it’s impossible…but you have to believe in it.” And we desperately want to believe that relationships can last. Not just Rob and Kristen’s, but our own relationships too.
My friend just told me on MSN and I had to google it, I thought she was tricking me again because she told be that months ago. I have to admit I knew he wouldn’t be single forever but it still kinda sucks (no pun intended). I knew they were going to get together in the end, I mean you can’t play a romance like that and not start to actually fall for your co-star. I guess they can’t win though bless ‘em because some of the fans slated Kristen because she said she wasn’t interested in Rob ages ago and now they get slated because they’re together. I’m happy for them I guess, they suit each other. They just better not split up during filming and wreck the whole thing or else everyone will say, “I told you so”. KS just gave an interview and said she and Rob are just friends. The journalist said they spoke with her in July so that shows how much the idiots who think they got together in February know about anything.
A very insightful article explained the reason fans can’t separate fantasy Edward from real life Rob. If they watched Twilight and enjoyed it, then attaching those fake emotions in the films to the actors in real life, makes the prospect of a real life romance seem attainable. Notice very few shippers say that they are just dating. They profess that it is the great love of all time. They are sick, as are you for posting misleading information in your article that you didn’t bother to verify.
