Kate has a great life with no financial worries. Unfortunately as the years of the show have gone on, their morals have gotten lost somewhere and Jon couldn't even wait until the divorce to start dating. The family does not even go to church anymore. She seems to care more about going to spas, tanning and getting her nails done for the next trip she will take. I think if the national spotlight would just start to ignore the Gosselin parents, maybe they would just go away. Who knows, maybe they would find a way to repair their damaged marriage. Believe it or not, it would be possible for them to get jobs in their fields and still have enough money to raise their children. My father raised 7 children on a teacher's salary and my mother did not work. We made it. Kate does not need all of the luxuries she has in order to survive.
