Chris Brown Cries Crocodile Tears
Have you seen the video where Chris Brown apologizes to Rihanna and his fans for beating her ass on Grammy night?
If not, take a gander at this performance.
Brown looks into the camera, dressed in a strange red bellhop style shirt, and asks the world for his forgiveness. 5 months after the incident, it doesn’t seem like it will have much impact.
What is really prompting Brown to say he’s sorry? Could it be the fact his career is in the toilet since he took to beating on a fellow celebrity who probably has even more fans than he has? He says that he’s been a victim of domestic violence in his own life, yet he was quick to act out when he had a disagreement with his then-girlfriend.
Whether he apologizes or not, he’s still likely to have a lot less fans then he used to. Beating women is not cool, whether you feel bad about it later or not.
For someone who has seemingly been handed the good things in life on a silver platter, it’s hard to imagine what would send him flying off the handle the way he did. And what if he hadn’t been caught by police that night? Might he still be abusing females in secret. One can only imagine.
Personally, if I was feeling bad about something I did, I would have apologized right away. Screw what the lawyers said. If he was trying to make amends he could have easily issued an apology without getting into any specifics in the case. Instead he chose to keep quiet, until enough time passed that he figured people would be ready to accept his empty words as if they really meant something.
Chris Brown is a whiny bitch, who should probably be on the other end of the type of beating he administered to the much smaller Rihanna. But he won’t take a real beating for his action. Instead he’ll continue to talk about his emotions with his mother, his “spiritual advisers,” and his adoring public.

I may forgive him for beating Rihanna but I still don’t plan on buying any of his records.

He’s probably just upset that his financial situation has taken a turn for the worse and that’s more the reason that’s he’s saddened by his actions.
